Project Management Course retrospective
How long did I work with project management?
Well, I don’t know. From what I remember I always had to take care of project management as all my professional life is based on getting more projects at the same time with several different tasks, often coordinating in house and outsourcing/remote team members. Collecting estimates from different suppliers, negotiating, making prices confrontation, organizing a budget file and asking for approval to the right stakeholders. It means be able to organize a project charter starting from a visualization of goals, scope up to an integrated project plan with timeline and distribution of tasks based on priorities. Even if project management is one of my core skills since ever, this specialization course was a way to challenge my knowledge and learn more and I can say it was a very good investment.
