With over two decades of experience in the MarCom and Business Development fields, I have honed my skills across Europe and Asia.

I founded LADICT™ in Phuket, Thailand in 2012 to cater to the marketing and communication needs of the wide and vribrant Italian business community on the island and beyond. Supported by a talented team, we have been delivering impactful and innovative marketing strategies, creating at that time Brands that still distinguish their business in the market, thanks to our valuable design skills.

Now, in 2024, I am thrilled to communicate that I have re-established LADICT™ in Phuket with a clear vision: to contribute to the local and regional community talent development and position Phuket as a hub for digital innovation.

Speaking of personal accomplishments, I take great pride in strategizing, planning, and creating the necessary marketing for the establishment of CamTech University, the first university in Cambodia to focus on promoting innovative faculties such as AI, Robot Automation, Data Science, and more. hence preparing local students for future works .

In particular, CamTech has been committed from the beginning to breaking down the prejudices that many people still hold regarding women’s abilities in scientific and technological fields.

The university has distinguished itself in the highly competitive local market of private universities by launching an advertising campaign that simultaneously served as a campaign for raising awareness about the importance of giving space and trust to young Cambodian women who aspire to pursue STEM careers.

This campaign was crucial to attract the attention of the first cohort of students, unfortunately taking place during the peak of the pandemic. Thanks to the good work done with perfectly balanced communication, which is still in use today, the objectives have been successfully achieved.
