First of a special series of courses 100% business and job-oriented, Monica Costa’s design introductory course is based on hands-on-project training. An eight hours full immersive on-site course for leadership, management and senior stakeholders.
At the end of this immersive short course, participants should be ready to communicate with creative and marketing people at any level, understanding terminology and visual layout elements.
The aimed result is to increase quality and productivity in the workflow between who has the need to communicate and who is creating the tools.

Details about the Design introductory course
Language of instruction: English as a Medium of Instruction
(Trainer can speak Khmer so participants can make questions and receive feedback in Khmer language, but the language of instruction is English)
Duration: 1 day full immersion (8 hours)
Participants: business owners, management, team members that have to communicate with creative department, outsourcing marketing agencies or freelancers, sales (Advertising and Marketing sector)
Targets: a full immersion introductory course to help the participants understanding how to speak with graphic designers and creative people, getting the best out of them, with a final result focused both on stunning visual image and powerful sales results
Location: onsite at your office *
Kind of course: management and supervisor oriented theoretical (non-practical design learning). During the course many visual samples will be provided, both printed collaterals and digital collaterals, in order to help participants to follow the training, having all needed support for full understanding.
What will remain to participants: a design and MarCom glossary, several online resources and a clear understanding of how to build a powerful layout (how to guide creative people or designer to give what the business really need).
