Breaking down the prejudices about women in STEM
Speaking of personal accomplishments, I take great pride in strategizing, planning, and creating the necessary marketing for the establishment of CamTech University, the first university in Cambodia to focus on promoting innovative faculties such as AI, Robot Automation, Data Science, and more.
In particular, CamTech has been committed from the beginning to breaking down the prejudices that many people still hold regarding women’s abilities in scientific and technological fields.
The university has distinguished itself in the highly competitive local market of private universities by launching an advertising campaign that simultaneously served as a campaign for raising awareness about the importance of giving space and trust to young Cambodian women who aspire to pursue STEM careers.
This campaign was crucial to attract the attention of the first cohort of students, unfortunately taking place during the peak of the pandemic.
Thanks to the good work done with perfectly balanced communication, which is still in use today, the objectives have been successfully achieved.
